Bina Masa Depan Sebagai Kontraktor!

Bhd.).
4️⃣ Sediakan modal berbayar minimum.
5️⃣ Mohon pendaftaran Kontraktor G1 melalui CIDB.

Build Your Future as a Contractor!

Many university students assume that the certificates they obtain are only useful for securing salaried employment. In reality, these qualifications can be the first step towards becoming an entrepreneur in the construction industry.

✅ A CIDB Green Card allows you to work legally and safely on construction sites.
✅ The SKKP demonstrates your technical competency and practical skills in the construction field.

🚀 How can university students begin building their own contracting company?

1️⃣ Obtain your CIDB Green Card and SKKP while you are still studying.

2️⃣ Gain industry experience through industrial training, small projects, or employment with an established contractor.

3️⃣ Register your business with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) as an Enterprise or Sdn. Bhd.

4️⃣ Prepare the required minimum paid-up capital. For a G1 company applying for SPKK eligibility to participate in government projects, the commonly required minimum paid-up capital is RM10,000.

5️⃣ Apply for G1 Contractor Registration with CIDB. The government continues to create opportunities for the younger generation, including graduates of skills institutions and individuals with technical backgrounds, to participate in the construction industry.

💡 You do not have to wait until you are 40 to become a contractor.

Many successful contractors began their journeys as students, skilled workers, or site supervisors before establishing their own companies.

🎯 University Student → CIDB Green Card Holder → SKKP Holder → G1 Contractor → Construction Entrepreneur

A career in construction is not only about finding employment—it is also about creating employment opportunities for others.
